Wow did we ever have some fun today! We read the story Ten Timid Ghosts. The children enjoyed counting the ghosts and seeing where they were hiding. During center time, some of the children decided they wanted to create "five little pumpkins sitting on a gate".
We did a great job making our gates out of popsicle sticks, and placing our pumpkins on them. Some decided to use only 5 pumpkins and others decided to use more. They could create them however they wanted too.
We also had a great time counting out the number of pumpkins that we were going to put on our pumpkin patch playdough mats. .jpg)
