Classroom Inquiries / Discoveries

Our latest inquiry has been "Les Dinosaures"!   We will be digging deeper into this inquiry in our upcoming weeks :)

This is what some of our students had to say when we asked them about what they already knew about Dinosaurs 

 One of our students brought in this book, and it sparked the interest in a number of children!  Therefore leading to our newest inquiry!

We brought in some gourds, and corn for the children to look at and to make discoveries at our science table.  Here are some of the things that they came up with.

A few children in our classroom have recently gone apple picking and it sparked an apple inquiry in the classroom. Here are some of our beautiful creations we have made

We also talked about the different colours of apples.  The children used their fingers / thumbs to create these beautiful apple trees.
