Happy Holidays!!!

We had such a fun last day of school before the Christmas Holidays!!! We wore our Pajama's to school and had a PJ party. We had fun listening to Christmas music all day long, and we also watched a movie during quiet time as a special treat.

We filled out our Santa beard because it was our last day in the classroom.  We also counted how many days until Christmas. Only six more days!!!

Sadly we had to say goodbye to our elf friend Sparkles for another year.  We found him dressed as Santa and his his sleigh with his reindeer! Silly Sparkles!!!  He was such a great little friend to have around.

After recess he left he left us a goodbye note and some candy canes to thank us for letting him join our classroom for the month of December. He told us he will be back next year  :)

We sure are sad to see him go, but he is a very busy elf.

Our boys were back to making their racetracks and houses for their cars.

R.T was tracing letters and drawing pictures!

Here is some of our French writing on our writing wall.  The children can go up to the wall and write some of French words at anytime throughout the day. They are doing such a great job!

Once again we had a very busy day crafting.  The children love making art pieces at our free art table.  In the new year if you have any paper towel rolls, boxes, wrapping paper, you name it... anything that we can use for crafts (that would typically be recycled or thrown out, we would love to have it)
:)

H.M made Jesus on the cross

C.S made a puppy!

H.M made a computer!

This is our free art table!  We had a bunch of random items on the table for the children to use their imaginations and create!

H.M's mommy made us some delicious cake pops!!!   Thank you so much, we really loved them and it was a great way to end our fun day :)

We would like to thank everyone for the warm wishes this Christmas season. We wish everyone a safe and wonderful Christmas holiday!!!
See you in the new year  :)

Advent liturgy

We had a fun Monday with Mme. Cayci!!!  In the morning we finished up some of our Christmas crafts.  We also had our Advent Liturgy. We discovered that we only have 9 more days until Christmas and only 3 more days until Christmas holidays.

It was such a cold day today that we were unfortunately not able to play outside.  We can an indoor day and watched the cartoon "An elf's story" about Chippy the elf on the shelf.  :)
