Christmas crafting

We had a great Friday!  This morning we were busy Christmas crafting.  We also found Sparkles behind our red table with some leaves.  Perhaps he thought it was Fall??? Silly elf.

After recess Sparkles must have been playing in the leaves!

This morning instead of signing in our names some of our SK's who can write their names very well are now signing in by writing a french word.  This morning we were writing the word "père noël".

Here is a list of French words that we will be focusing on in the next few weeks.  We will continue to work on our dressing words after the Christmas holiday.

Père noël (Santa Claus)

Sapin (Christmas or Pine Tree)

Neige (Snow)

Bebe Jésus (Baby Jesus)

Noel (Christmas)

Ange (Angel)

Chapeau (Hat)

Manteau (Jacket)

Bottes (Boots)

Mitaines (Mittens)

E.S was working on some Christmas puzzles on our Smart Board!
