Under the sea

Here is what we got up too last Friday ... 

We talked about how to make a survey

Then some of our friends started creating their own  :)

We have also been talking about teeth and dental hygiene 

The children enjoyed flossing and brushing the teeth on our large mouth :)

Here S.O is making a sugar bug that we might find on our teeth

We also have a new inquiry in the classroom.  D.R (SK) has shown a new interest in under the sea, and the ocean.  He has really gotten many of the students so excited to explore this new inquiry

T.H is making the letter "F" with little gems  :)

S.H was having a great time with a mini soccer field that was created with assistance!  

S.O was spelling various words with the alphabet magnets. She was sounding our all her words :)

Here B.M is organizing the paper strips into Columns of shorter and longer! 

 

Here M.H and S.O are doing yoga as a center!

We had a great day on Monday with Mme. Cayci.  We continued to talk about the word "J'aime" and "Je n'aime pas".

Here is what our dramatic play area is starting to look like.  It will soon look as if we are under the sea :)

Some friends decided that they wanted to make some under the sea creatures for our wall, and they were busy crafting them!!! 

We had a great beginning of the week  :)
